There’s Always Something New to Try


Hui Chin, that is Susan, is widely known for her culinary skills. As many know I (suami) am not Asian but even I know her “Bakcang” is not only among the best (to be humble) but is the best (to be truthful).

The same is also true for all her other menu dishes and dinning accompaniments. For instance “Sambal Belacan” to name just one.

Our format…. We are not a restaurant and we do not offer a variety of dishes on any given day but we offer one dish only per day, but a different dish each day. This way everything is freshly cooked with no reheating of food previously cooked days before.

One dish (or accompaniment), freshly prepared and freshly cooked each day.

The “Dish Of The Day” will be repeated on a two, three or four weekly rota, depending on popularity.

Bulk purchases of any given dish may be ordered on any day. Minimum quantities and discounts may apply.

Out of season specialties, such as Bakcang, may be ordered but minimum quantities apply.
